通風(fēng)管道是通風(fēng)和空氣調(diào)節(jié)體系的重要組成部分,它把通風(fēng)、空調(diào)體系的進(jìn)風(fēng)口,空氣的熱、濕及凈化處理設(shè)備,送(排)風(fēng)口、部件和風(fēng)機(jī)連成為一個(gè)整體,使之有用工作。

無(wú)法蘭銜接
No flange connection
因?yàn)轱L(fēng)管無(wú)法蘭銜接具有銜接接頭嚴(yán)密質(zhì)量好、接頭重量輕、省資料、施工工序簡(jiǎn)單、節(jié)約工時(shí)、易于實(shí)現(xiàn)全機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化施工、施工本錢低等眾多長(zhǎng)處,因此得到廣泛推廣使用。
Because the air duct can not be connected in blue, it has many advantages, such as tight joint quality, light joint weight, data saving, simple construction process, time saving, easy to realize full mechanization, automatic construction, low construction cost, and so on, so it has been widely used.
現(xiàn)在風(fēng)管無(wú)法蘭銜接方式有幾十種,并且新的方式還在不斷出現(xiàn),但按其結(jié)構(gòu)原理可分為承插、插條、咬合、鐵皮法蘭和混合式銜接五種。無(wú)法蘭銜接首要用于邊長(zhǎng)較小的風(fēng)管,有C 形插條銜接和S形插條銜接。

No flange connection is mainly used for smaller side wind pipes, with C - shaped cutting connection and S - shaped cuttings.
風(fēng)管標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較小,大邊長(zhǎng)度小于450mm的風(fēng)管選用C 形插條銜接,大邊長(zhǎng)度大于450mm而小于1000mm的風(fēng)管則選用立式S 形插條銜接,銜接后用空心拉鉚釘將插條端部與風(fēng)管鉚固,再在縫隙處涂以密封膠,以確保風(fēng)管的嚴(yán)密性。提高風(fēng)客無(wú)法蘭銜接施工質(zhì)量的基本措施如下:

(1)依照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,嚴(yán)格控制每種無(wú)法蘭接頭運(yùn)用范圍,如“S”、“C”形插條運(yùn)用范圍是矩形風(fēng)管長(zhǎng)邊不大于630mm, 立咬口不大于100mm。立咬口90 度貼角寬度要和立咬口高度相一致,90 度應(yīng)精確,接口合口銜接翻邊時(shí)順序逐件敲合,并背面墊以方鐵,使翻邊立面平坦,90 度線平直。

(2)嚴(yán)格按風(fēng)管尺度公役要求。如對(duì)口錯(cuò)位顯著將使插條插偏;小口墮入大口內(nèi)形成無(wú)法扣緊或接頭歪斜、扭曲。插條不能顯著偏斜,開(kāi)口縫應(yīng)在中間,不管插條仍是管端咬口翻邊應(yīng)精確、壓緊,以后銜接接頭才會(huì)整齊、貼緊。

(3)翻邊四面管端要平齊在一個(gè)面上,小管能夠一次用折方機(jī)機(jī)折出,翻邊在整個(gè)延長(zhǎng)線上應(yīng)等寬。這也是裝置對(duì)接時(shí)風(fēng)管接口平直所有必要的。

(4)除鐵皮法蘭繃簧夾(包含鐵皮法蘭插條)在裝置對(duì)接面加密封墊外,其它多在銜接完后在接縫外涂改密封膠,涂膠前縫口清理潔凈。密封膠不能用膩?zhàn)印⑹腋嗟忍娲?,使用風(fēng)管專用膠封袋。
(4) In addition to the encrypted gasket on the butt face of the device with the spring clamp of the iron flange (including the iron flange socket), the other sealants are mostly coated outside the joints after the joints are finished, and the seams are cleaned before the joints are coated. (5)風(fēng)管裝置用支吊架按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求設(shè)置。風(fēng)管銜接完后,應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級(jí)要求進(jìn)行風(fēng)管漏風(fēng)量測(cè)驗(yàn)。
