　　一，風(fēng)管安裝規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

　　1、 Code and standard for air duct installation

　　1.風(fēng)管內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁其他管線(xiàn)穿越；

　　2.輸送含有易燃、易爆氣體或安裝在易燃、易爆環(huán)境的風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有良好的接地，通過(guò)生活區(qū)或其他輔助生產(chǎn)房間時(shí)必須嚴(yán)密，并不得設(shè)置接口

　　3.輸送空氣溫度高于80℃的風(fēng)管，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定采取防護(hù)措施。

　　二，風(fēng)管部件安裝必須符合下列規(guī)定：

　　1.各類(lèi)風(fēng)管部件及操作機(jī)構(gòu)的安裝，應(yīng)能保證其正常的使用功能，并便于操作；

　　2.斜插板風(fēng)閥的安裝，閥板必須為向上拉啟；水平安裝時(shí)，閥板還應(yīng)為順氣流方向插入；

　　3.止回風(fēng)閥、自動(dòng)排氣活門(mén)的安裝方向應(yīng)正確。

　　6.風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)安裝完畢后，應(yīng)按系統(tǒng)類(lèi)別進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密性檢驗(yàn)，漏風(fēng)量應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)與風(fēng)管必須通過(guò)工藝性的檢測(cè)或驗(yàn)證，其強(qiáng)度和嚴(yán)密性要求應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)或下列規(guī)定：

　　高壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管 QH≤0.0117 P0.65

　　High pressure system air duct QH ≤ 0.0117 p0.65

　　式中 QL、QM、QH——系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管在相應(yīng)工作壓力下，單位面積風(fēng)管單位時(shí)間內(nèi)的允許漏風(fēng)量[m3/(h·m2)]；

　　Where QL, QM, QH -- allowable air leakage of system air duct in unit time per unit area of air duct under corresponding working pressure [m3 / (H · m2)];

　　P——指風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)的工作壓力（Pa）。

　　P -- working pressure of air duct system (PA).

　?、?低壓、中壓圓形金屬風(fēng)管、復(fù)合材料風(fēng)管以及采用非法蘭形式的非金屬風(fēng)管的允許漏風(fēng)量，應(yīng)為矩形風(fēng)管規(guī)定值的50%；

　　③ The allowable air leakage of low and medium pressure circular metal air ducts, composite air ducts and non-metal air ducts in non flange form shall be 50% of the specified value of rectangular air ducts;

　?、?磚、混凝土風(fēng)道的允許漏風(fēng)量不應(yīng)大于矩形低壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管規(guī)定值的1.5倍；

　　④ The allowable air leakage of brick and concrete air duct shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the specified value of rectangular low-pressure system air duct;

　?、?排煙、除塵、低溫送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)按中壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的規(guī)定，1~5級(jí)凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)按高壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的規(guī)定。

　?、?The smoke exhaust, dust removal and low temperature air supply system shall be in accordance with the provisions of the medium pressure system air duct, and the level 1-5 purification air conditioning system shall be in accordance with the provisions of the high pressure system air duct.
