由于不銹鋼風(fēng)管強度低,生產(chǎn)完成后需求按規(guī)定加固風(fēng)管。鍍鋅螺桿內(nèi)支撐加固常用的加固形式,加固螺桿直徑不小于8mm。需要指出的是,如果螺桿穿管板不注意密封處理,會造成系統(tǒng)運行漏風(fēng)的隱患。加強內(nèi)部支撐時,在管壁兩側(cè)加墊圈并密封(涂上密封劑),這一步尤為重要,因為這一步在施工過程中容易被忽視或偷工減料。下面通風(fēng)管道廠家小編為大家介紹不銹鋼風(fēng)管加工難點:
Due to the low strength of stainless steel air duct, the air duct needs to be reinforced according to the regulations after production. Galvanized screw internal support reinforcement is a common reinforcement form, and the diameter of the reinforcement screw shall not be less than 8mm. It should be pointed out that if the screw passes through the tubesheet and does not pay attention to the sealing treatment, it will cause the hidden danger of air leakage in the operation of the system. When strengthening the internal support, add gaskets and seal (apply sealant) on both sides of the pipe wall, which is particularly important because it is easy to be ignored or cut corners in the construction process. 1.不銹鋼風(fēng)管加工硬化嚴重。奧氏體不銹鋼和一些高溫合金不銹鋼是奧氏體組織,切割時容易加工硬化。加工硬化傾向于比普通碳鋼高幾倍,刀具在加工硬化區(qū)切割,使用壽命縮短。
Severe work hardening of stainless steel air duct. Austenitic stainless steel and some superalloy stainless steel are austenitic structures, which are easy to work harden when cutting. Work hardening tends to be several times higher than that of ordinary carbon steel, and the service life of the tool is shortened when cutting in the work hardening area.
2.切割力大,切割溫度高。本實用新型材料強度高,切削時切向應(yīng)力大,塑性變形大,切削力大。此外,材料導(dǎo)熱性差,導(dǎo)致切削溫度升高,高溫往往集中在刀片附近狹窄的區(qū)域,從而加速磨損。

In addition, the poor thermal conductivity of the material leads to the increase of cutting temperature, and the high temperature is often concentrated in the narrow area near the blade, thus accelerating wear.
3.易粘刀。奧氏體不銹鋼和馬氏體不銹鋼具有切屑強、切削溫度高的特點。當(dāng)強韌性切屑流經(jīng)前刀面時,會出現(xiàn)粘合、熔焊等粘刀現(xiàn)象,影響加工配件表面的粗糙度。
3. Easy to stick knife. Austenitic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel have the characteristics of strong chip and high cutting temperature. When the strong and tough chips flow through the rake face, there will be sticking phenomena such as bonding and fusion welding, which will affect the surface roughness of machined accessories.
4.刀具磨損會加速。上述材料一般含有高熔點、高塑性、高切削溫度,加速磨損,頻繁更換磨刀,影響生產(chǎn)效率,提高使用成本。主要是降低切割線速度和進給量。使用特殊的不銹鋼或高溫合金加工工具,鉆,鉆孔、攻絲或內(nèi)冷。
4. Tool wear will accelerate. The above materials generally contain high melting point, high plasticity and high cutting temperature, accelerate wear, and frequently replace the grinding tool, which will affect the production efficiency and improve the use cost. It is mainly to reduce the cutting line speed and feed rate. Use special stainless steel or superalloy processing tools, drilling, drilling, tapping or internal cooling.
