風管加固的規(guī)定要求，一般來講主要有以下這些，為：

(1)法蘭風管上如有加強筋的話，那么其凸出部分應在風管的表面面上，且擺放距離應均勻，板面不能出現(xiàn)變形。

(2)假如風管的法蘭強度低于規(guī)定強度的話，那么可以進行加固處理，不過加固件與風管銜接法蘭一端之間的距離不能大于250毫米。

(3)外加固型材的高度，應不高于風管法蘭的高度，與風管應牢固銜接，螺栓或鉚接點之間的距離應不大于220毫米。

(5)風管的密封，應運用板材銜接這一方法，不過也可以選用密封膠嵌縫，或者是其它一些密封方法。假如運用密封膠，那么應符合規(guī)定要求，密封面應設在風管的正壓面。

(6)角鋼、加固筋與風管進行鉚接時，應是牢固的，相接處應連成一體。

(7)法蘭在安裝到風管上之前，應做好漆，避免污染風管。
