對于風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)密性檢驗(yàn)的方法有兩種:低壓系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)管在制作、安裝工藝得到保證的前提下,可采用漏光法檢驗(yàn)中、高壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管應(yīng)采用漏風(fēng)量測試方法。下面濟(jì)南風(fēng)管加工廠為您進(jìn)行分析:

1、風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)安裝完畢后,應(yīng)按系統(tǒng)類別進(jìn)行嚴(yán)密性檢驗(yàn)。
1. After the installation of the air duct system is completed, the tightness inspection should be carried out according to the system category.
2、檢測應(yīng)采用具有一定強(qiáng)度的光源。手持移動光源可采用不低于100W帶保護(hù)罩的低壓照明燈,或其他低壓光源。
2. The detection should use a safe light source with a certain intensity. Handheld mobile light sources can use low-voltage lighting lamps with protective covers of no less than 100W, or other low-voltage light sources.
3、系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管漏光檢測時(shí),光源可置于風(fēng)管內(nèi)側(cè)或外側(cè),但其相對側(cè)應(yīng)為暗黑環(huán)境。檢測光源應(yīng)沿著被檢測接口部位與接縫做緩慢移動,在另一側(cè)進(jìn)行觀察,當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有光線射出,則說明查出明顯漏風(fēng)處,并應(yīng)做好記錄。
3. When detecting air duct leakage in the system, the light source can be placed on the inner or outer side of the air duct, but its opposite side should be in a dark environment. The detection light source should move slowly along the tested interface and seam, and observe on the other side. If light is found to be emitted, it indicates that a significant air leakage has been identified and records should be kept.
4、對系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的檢測,宜采用分段檢測、匯總分析的方法。在嚴(yán)格安裝質(zhì)量管理的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管的檢測以總管和干管為主。
4. The detection of system air ducts should be carried out using segmented detection and summary analysis methods. On the basis of strict installation quality management, the detection of system air ducts is mainly focused on the main and main pipes.
當(dāng)采用漏光法檢測系統(tǒng)的嚴(yán)密性時(shí),低壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管以每10m接縫,漏光點(diǎn)不大于2處,且100m接縫平均不大于16處為合格中壓系統(tǒng)風(fēng)管每10m接縫,漏光點(diǎn)不大于1處,且100m接縫平均不大于8處為合格。
When using the light leakage method to detect the tightness of the system, the low-pressure system air duct is qualified if there are no more than 2 light leakage points per 10m of joints, and the average number of 100 m joints is no more than 16. The medium pressure system air duct is qualified if there are no more than 1 light leakage point per 10m of joints, and the average number of 100 m joints is no more than 8.
