通風管道與附件的裝置的特點

1、 在一道密閉閥門工程口部的管道與配件,應選用厚2~3mm的鋼板焊接制造.其焊縫應飽滿、均勻、緊密.

2、染毒區(qū)的通風管道應選用焊接銜接.通風管道與密閉閥門應選用帶密封槽的法蘭銜接,其觸摸應平坦;法蘭墊圈應選用整圈無接口橡膠密封圈.

3、 主體工程內(nèi)通風管與配件的鋼板厚度應契合規(guī)劃請求.

當規(guī)劃無具體請求時.鋼板厚度應大于0.75mm.

4、 工程測壓管在防護密閉門外的一端應設有向下的彎頭;

另一端宜設在通風機房或控制室.并應裝置球閥.經(jīng)過防毒通道的測壓管,其接口應選用焊接.

5、 通風管的測定孔、洗消取樣管應與管一起制造.測定孔和洗消取樣管應封堵.

6、 通風管內(nèi)氣流方向、閥門啟閉方向及開啟度,應標明明晰、精確.
